Terrible service and quality

Bought 2 custom bracelets, I received one defect bracelet, the strings came off (the braids are undo). I tried to contact the customer service but no response till now! Would never buy it from them ever again. I do not recommend anyone buying. This is horrible, spending money on a defect product. Days after, the other bracelet strings came off as well. The quality of the product is definitely not there. I am so disappointed.
